Specific projects and services are governed by separate service agreements, statements of work (SOW), or contracts executed between Global Services and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
4. User Obligations
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making inquiries or entering into agreements
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
- Not use our Services to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content
- Respect intellectual property rights of Global Services and third parties
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Global Services
- Client-specific deliverables are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement
- Open-source components used in our solutions remain under their respective licenses
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for specific services are defined in individual service agreements. General terms include:
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the service agreement
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and cryptocurrency
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
