Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines for using Global Services platforms, hosting environments, and IT services. This policy applies to all users, clients, and anyone accessing our infrastructure.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services for any of the following:
- Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
- Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data (hacking)
- Denial of service attacks (DoS/DDoS) or network disruption
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing messages
- Hosting or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Hosting content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes violence
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
- Port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability scanning of third-party systems
- Operating open proxies, open relays, or anonymizing services without authorization
- Circumventing security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
3. Resource Usage
Fair use applies to all shared resources:
- Do not consume excessive CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth that impacts other users
- Automated scripts must implement appropriate rate limiting
- Large data transfers should be scheduled during off-peak hours when possible
- Storage should be used for active data — archive old data to appropriate storage tiers
4. Security Requirements
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available
- Keep software and dependencies updated with security patches
- Report security vulnerabilities to us promptly via our contact form
- Do not share credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties
- Implement proper input validation and output encoding in hosted applications
5. Content Standards
Content hosted on our infrastructure must comply with applicable laws and must not:
- Contain material that exploits or harms minors
- Promote discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group
- Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, patents, or trade secrets
- Contain deceptive practices, fraudulent schemes, or misleading information
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor use of our Services for compliance with this AUP. Violations may result in:
- Warning and request for immediate corrective action
- Temporary suspension of access to affected services
- Permanent termination of service
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please contact us immediately. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
