Refund Policy

1. Overview
Global Services is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Software Development Services
2.1 Before Development Begins
If you cancel a project before development work has started and no resources have been allocated, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
2.2 During Development
Once development work has commenced:
- Refunds are prorated based on work completed relative to the total project scope
- Work completed is determined by deliverables produced and hours invested
- The client retains rights to all deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation
2.3 After Delivery
Once deliverables have been accepted by the client, refunds are not available for completed work. We offer a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes on delivered software.
3. Hosting and Managed Services
- Monthly hosting services are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Annual plans may be refunded prorated for remaining full months, minus a 10% administration fee
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle
4. Consulting Services
- Consulting sessions scheduled but cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are fully refundable
- Consulting retainer fees are non-refundable for hours already utilized
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your name and company
- Invoice number or project reference
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation
6. Processing
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, we encourage you to discuss the matter with us directly. We are committed to finding fair resolutions for all parties.
8. Exceptions
Specific refund terms may be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work. Where a specific agreement exists, its terms take precedence over this general Refund Policy.
